$100 deposit (per person) is required to secure single and small group bookings
$1000 deposit is required for entire vessel/private charter bookings
If paying via bank transfer full payment is required 48 hours prior to the charter as there are no eftpos facilities on the vessel
Booking deposits are non-refundable but can be held on file as a credit and transferred to a new date. This proportionates to our time and expenses incurred in administration
Customers will receive a refund or credit (less the deposit amount) in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations closer than 24hrs to the commencement of your booking, or for no-shows.
Refunds will be processed at end of month, but may take 3-5 business days to complete the transfer depending on your bank.
Guests must compensate for any fishing rods, reels, or equipment that are lost overboard or damaged due to their negligence before leaving the vessel.
